This product is brilliant it is light in weight, picks up everyday dirt so the vacuum cleaner stays in the cupboard and recharging over night it is ready to use the next day. For limited arm and hand movement I recommend this cleaner.

It does a very good job at charging batteries.The battery holder plastic pins look as if it might break if you're not careful and push too hard on them.Haven't had this issue yet and I've used it pretty much.It comes as a modular design.I would recommend for Hero 2 batteries.

It was great, exactly what I needed - just as good as the charger that came with the Sweeper itself.

If i could give no stars i would. This product was for my elderly mother to replace the charger on her bissell. It arrived on time . Was plugged in to charge the sweeper , after 15 mins of charging my mum called me as she could smell burning in her flat, when i got there the flat was stinking of burning when i went into the room the sweeper was charging the smell was terrible , picked up the sweeper it was very hot , the carpet underneath where the sweeper had been charging was hot, the on /off switch had melted and the sweeper was no longer usable. So not only did a working item become useless it scared an old lady and i dread to think what would of happened if i did not live so close by. Amazon have refunded the price of the charger but my mum is now out of pocket as she has to buy a new sweeper.

Very pleased with the replacement charger. It arrived within the specified time.

Charges the batteries in good time, connection can sometimes be a bit a bit loose between charger and batteries but all in all pretty good!
