Not the same fabric as the more well-known mitt - this one is much stiffer. It still seems to do the job, I just prefer the more pliable feel of the other.

Absolutely love this. Just what I was looking for . The strap does a good job in holding the scrubber on your hand. Definitely using it after soaking your skin makes a huge difference that you can feel after you dry off. I see myself using this daily with no issues.

The tag on this says 100% cotton, not Rayon and Silk - Very dissapointing.

I've purchased other Turkish bath mitts in the past, these don't have the scrubbing power like the ones I am used to.Disappointed.

First one came as a present for buying turkish hammam towels. I loved it so naturally I re-ordered a bunch of new ones when the first started to fray after a year plus of heavy daily use. Buy it!

I am just not sure they last very long. The first scrub is great, I am just confused as to when to clean it, assuming after each scrub, and when it is worn out and should be replaced? I have read from other sources to use in a hot shower after skin has a few mins to warm up and the mitt should also be wet & warm from the water. I feel like with each wash, it gets more gentle. So I am using once a week, washing and then replacing at the start of the new month. Better instructions would be helpful, so that is why the 3/5 stars.
