This is a great ebook about Salesforce Admin. It was nice that I could download it right after purchasing it.

Paul's first book is a must have for all Salesforce administrators and he has come up with an awesome concept in this book. Using "recipes" for normally undocumented Salesforce tweaks and improvements, Paul delivers another must have easy to read and easy to follow book for everyone who works extensively with Salesforce. A very important and valuable addition to my Salesforce library.I would love to see Paul doing a book for those preparing for Salesforce certification. His broad knowledge and ability to share that knowledge in a clear, concise and uncluttered manner will guarantee another best seller.

This is a great book for any Salesforce Admin. Paul Goodey hit the nail on the head by providing a book with "recipes" for Salesforce Admins to be more effective. The "recipes" are great. What I loved about this book more than anything else was that it got my mind thinking on how to expand these "recipes". Overall a great book that I would recommend to all my Salesforce friends.
