24'' Cable Cutter Bench Type Table Top for Wire Rope Aircraft Cable Cut Up To 1/2’’

Used to cut aircraft cable (3/36” coated 7x19 strands) with good handheld cutters. Not anymore! Due to the number of pieces I needed to cut that would take too long. This cuts the cable cleanly and quickly! Being able to attach it to a bench makes it much easier. It will build your muscles too!We didn’t find it to shoot pieces either, but maybe a different size cable being cut- that could happen. We haven’t seen that. Very pleased with this purchase.It shipped quickly, we had it in 3 days!

Be careful of the rod when it is cut - shoots like a bullet out the ends from the cutter. Also makes a LOUD bang when the rod is cut. But it works! (I used 2x4s with hole inserts on the rod ends to keep the rod ends from shooting out when cut. Also wear eye protection and never stand to the side of the cut - STAY BEHIND THE HANDLE!!)

Broke first cut

I am the owner of a silk flower shop, 90% of my business is making gravesite floral arrangements. I purchased this bolt cutter per the advertised specs. Unfortunately Due to having COVID-19 over the past 2 months, I was unable to inspect the product! This past week was the 1st time I was "physically" able to unbox said bolt cutters. The return window for a replacement/refund closed on June 13th, even though they have NEVER been used, I am now stuck with a defective product!The bolt cutters are misaligned, they will not close (cut) all the way through. For that simple reason alone, I would not recommend this Brand nor company to other company or individual.

We were going to use this item to cut aircraft cable. It does not make a clean cut on any size cable,. It does not cut through 1/8" aircraft cable in a single stroke and it always leaves the cut ends frayed.
