I eventually switched to these because they were much cheaper, and they are just as good. My blood work results always come back within normal limits and I know these play a part in that. You only need to take one to get the recommended amount, and they are very easy to swallow without being too big. They also don't leave a funny taste in my mouth which I know some vitamins can do. They contain all the ingredients you need to absorb the vitamins and you are not overwhelmed with a horrible vitamin smell when you open bottle. I find them to be odorless and tasteless. I highly recommend!
