No, only one side of the two picks had protective covers on them and the tweezers also had a protective cover

These tools though called weeding tools and used in paper and vinyl crafting to remove bits of paper or vinyl in an intricate cut design to separate basically the design from the parts you don't want in the design and that were cut. Think more complicated cookie cutter where you remove all the dough vinyl from around the cut cookie piece. So these types of tools work with that. However tools like this help with other crafting too including wax and bead work and there are others. Hope this helps others who might be interested. But go to Youtube and put in weeding vinyl designs and you will soon see what the tools do and how they work. Each person has individual styles and so one tool or brand may work better in their hands than someone else might prefer a different tool or brand.
