Alfawise WIN660 Window Cleaning Robot, Magnetic Vacuums Robot Window Cleaner Smart Glass Cleaner Robot, Automatic window cleaner robot for Frame/Frame-Less Windows High Building, App/Remote control

We bought this Alfawise WIN660 Window Cleaning Robot for both exterior and inside window cleaning. The robot helps to clean those hard to reach places and does its job well. It can be controlled through smartphone app (bluetooth connection) and the included remote controller (2 AAA batteries required, included). The way it works is that there is a vacuum on the back which helps the vacuum sticking onto the window surface and the driving threads control moving directions. The unit has built-in battery so the robot would stick onto window if there is a power outage. A safety rope is also included which can be used to hook the unit onto an anchor.I like that the package includes several cleaning pad and they can be easily replaced when dirty (cleaning pads are attached to the main unit through velcro straps). The cleaning pattern is good and cover whole area as well - by default it uses "Z" and "N" patterns to cover the window. There is also edge detection and works well with both framed and flat windows in my place.

I am very disappointed because i follow all directions and it attaches to the window but it does not move just beepThe manual is not helpful not their appI will hate to loose my money because the return time expaier and i jus open the box..If you or any one can help me finding a phone number so i can actually talk to a person in the robot company that could help me problem solve. If i get it to work I will write another review but for now I am very disappointed ☹️

The media could not be loaded. Works pretty good for light window cleaning like most any cleaning robot and I have several. Sometimes it’s hard to get it to do it’s N or Z path routine and sometimes it takes right off and performs it’s routine just fine. After completion, it’s lost it’s suction and dropped a few times but no damage. Still experimenting on the correct amount of solution to use. Overall, I’m pretty satisfied.

overall. this machine does a great job to clean my giant window inside out. you can use your remote control to direct machine where to go and the suction power is very strong to let machine stay on windows. The only thing you need to pay attention to it is that my window has some rubber band around the corner and the machine will stop over there due to strong friction. Hopefully, they can enhance that next generation.

Expensive piece of junk.it couldn’t be left unattended, and took a long time to clean , which defeated the whole purpose. The big kicker though was that it died on first day. Also be aware, there is another robot with a different brand name that looks like the same robot with a different name.

Amazing little robot. I purchased this window cleaning robot to clean some windows in our business building which are hard to access.Very easy to use.It’s such a fun to just watch it moving around With a cleaning window left behind.This really helps to make cleaning windows easier.And It looks decent all the time too,So elegant.

Wish this product worked. Great idea. Remote did not respond correctly. Did not clean window well. Did not keep going on the window. Did stay on the window. Emailed company for answers regarding remote and never received an answer. Had to return.

This is an excellent solution for outside windows that are hard to get to. It will never be perfect as a human cleaning, but it does an excellent job, especially for places that are impossible to get to without very costly setup
