Doesn't work. Waste of money.
I bought these strips because command strips do not adhere to wallpaper effectively. I saw that these Tesa strips supposedly would, and purchased them in the hope that they could hold a small, light pegboard to a wall (covered in painted lining paper). Unfortunately these strips did not hold for even 15 mins. They are not very sticky. I applied the strips as per instructions and applied pressure for 5 mins rather than 5 seconds. Then I left the strips to settle/adhere to the wall for a day before attaching the board. Very disappointed with this product.
