I got these for my mom, and she absolutely swears by them. She deals with forefoot pain, and these pads made a big difference in her daily comfort. I have been using these for years. I've never looked at, or purchased, anything else. The 3M adhesive holds the pad firmly in place each and every time. I'm very satisfied with this product.

Maybe I just couldn't figure out how to place them on your feet but can't understand how they are supposed to help your feet from hurting. Really just giving 2 stars in case I did something wrong but I received no help.

I use these in my shoes and sometimes on the bottom of my feet. When placed in my shoes,, they stay in place and aid in pain relief. I prefer to use them on my feet, but it gets expensive.

Product works wonderfully, however, it is RIDICULOUSLY OVERPRICED!!!!! Corporate greed at its finest! 😡👎🤬
