Product was as described.
I bought this in 2017 and am still using it 6 years later. I've been satisfied with it. However, the "Stop" button no longer works. When you use the timer, you have to let it run until it times out or unplug it. I would like to get it fixed because I have no clue what to replace it with. I hate electronic controls because they always fail. I would prefer mechanical controls which are more durable.

This one fits our cabinet with the help of a custom trim and works great for a lot less money
I found that there are only a few zappers that are made to fit cabinets and they are pricey and are configured wide and shallow. This one fits our cabinet with the help of a custom trim and works great for a lot less money. It is a zapper made for the 90% of us who heat water and warm up leftovers and do not need an endless list of features that require an elaborate menu. For example, there is a grey area on the numeric keypad for numbers 1 through 6 that are a one touch operation. Need a minute's worth to warm up some pizza? Jut put it in and hit the number one. The thing takes off and zaps for one minute without even hitting the start button. It is a powerful little thing with 1100 watts packed into a small space. But for all the power, the heating is very even with the help of a carousel and very square heating chamber that reflects the microwaves evenly. Plus, because there is less emphasis on width and a little more emphasis on depth, you can place larger plates in there. It is relatively quiet and has been doing nicely for a few months now so I have some confidence that it will hang in there for some time and would not break the bank if I had to replace it anyway. Looks good, too.

Frigidaire Microwave 1.1 cubic: initial review
I've only had the new microwave for a few days, so a complete determination of my overall satisfaction is yet to come. However, it definitely fit into the same space as my smaller microwave and I am glad for that. At first, it seemed a little loud. I even considered returning it b/c it was so loud. I thought I'd give it a week and see how I feel about the loudness later. After a few days, I guess I became use to the sound and it even seemed to be a little quieter. I wish the black panel of numbers was easier to see. I know I am going to put little stickers on the most common buttons (30 sec PLUS button) to make my selections quicker. I find myself searching for the appropriate button sometimes and that is in full light. It is very sleek, fits right in with my black and stainless steel appliances. The turntable and inside are very large and I can easily fit 2, 3 or 4 items onto the rotating plate at one time. I am satisfied with the price and product, so far, overall.

Has a mind of its own.
I have owned this microwave for a little over a year and a half. I've had good moments with it and bad moments, mostly bad.The good... the wattage is high enough that it heats things up pretty fast... and that's about it.The bad...1) It randomly stops while you're heating something, even if its for 10 seconds or less, it will just stop and you have to go and hit the start button again. This happens often, more than 4 or 5 times a day. If you are trying to heat something for 2-3 minutes, go ahead and stand by the microwave to keep it going every time it stops. There is not starting it and walking away thinking it will do what every microwave in the world will do, keep cooking until the timer is done.2) It randomly kicks on for no reason. So sometimes the microwave fan and light will just kick on without warning. Now it's not microwaving anything, the fan just kicks on as well as the light. Hitting the "stop" button will not stop it, instead you've gotta give it a good smack on the side and it will turn off.3) I can't microwave anything longer than 5 minutes. I get it, I don't want the thing to overheat, but if the entire microwave dies after just 5 minutes to cooking something, I feel like that's a little dramatic. That's right, no power, no nothing until the entire unit cools down. I thought it blew a breaker or something, I then thought I'd have to buy a new microwave (YAY!) but after about 20 minutes, I was able to plug it back in and it worked.2 stars because it's still working2 stars because it's somewhat possessed.Hope this helps.

but it has some pretty obvious design flaws that I'm sort of shocked didn't ...
This microwave is functional, and it doesn't take up a lot of real estate on a counter, but it has some pretty obvious design flaws that I'm sort of shocked didn't occur to the engineers.1. The light is only on while the microwave is on. Ergo, you have to clean it with a flashlight, if you want actual light inside the microwave.2. The timer only runs as long as the door is closed. It's like the people who designed this thing have never set the timer for something cooking on their stove, and then microwaved something at the same time. Nope, doesn't work, the timer stops the second the door is opened. The timer also will not start without the door closed. Have these people ever cooked before? I don't use the timer on my microwave for anything I am cooking in my microwave, it's for the other stuff I have going on in the kitchen. The second I try to make it a dual purpose device, it quits on me.3. The timer beeps three times. Again, it's like the people who designed this have never cooked. If you are doing something else, in another room, when the timer goes off, it's all over. A proper timer should beep the occasional reminder that you have missed something. Otherwise, it's pretty much useless.
