A good reference book for people who want to use herbs
It was recommended in the Woman's Weekly. Even though the writer is American and mentions American plants, I am sure a good herbalist supplier would have them. My late father grew Echinacea as a herbaceous flower over 20 years ago, so I am not concerned about herbs being from North America. It is excellent condition.

Outstanding
My husband bought me a copy of this book because I'm at the very beginning of my herbal studies and I'm devouring every bit of knowledge I can lay my hands on. I've read a lot of herbal books lately, really fantastic titles but this book is outstanding. It's quickly becoming my go to reference for recipes I'll be using at home. I love everything about it. It's beautifully simple in its layout, hundreds of useful, practical recipes, all fantastic, easily accessible and unintimidating. I can't recommend this book enough. Thank you J.J Pursell for sharing your knowledge and for creating such a masterpiece of herbalism. I'm going to buy everything you've written!

Too American.
Very disappointed. Obscure ingredients and very American biased. Had to pay to return it so won't bother. Just to say, though, that the condition of the book was perfect.
