I've tried a number of over the counter remedies to control my hot flashes but none of them did a lot of good. But these work really well for me. It took a few months before the hot flashes dwindled from several per day, to 1 or 2 per week. I'm really pleased with this product.

I researched help for hot flashes one night after I had been woken up for the 3rd time. I was beyond frustrated with ending up dripping with sweat, turning the fan on now off then on... One minute I'm sweating and hot then next freezing. I counted I had 6 hot flashes between 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM. I thought anything is worth a try. I'm on day 6 of taking this supplement 2X a day. I will say my hot flashes are not gone but less often and less intense. Fingers crossed this continues.

I started this product about 2 years ago to address some of my PTSD issues. I read a study about how low doses of estrogen for return MALE soldiers helped with these symptoms. I didn't want my wife's estrogen she takes for her hysterectomy, so I started taking this product. My anxiety and anger issues decreased dramatically to the point my wife thought I was a new husband. I went to my doctor and told her what I was doing and she said that it will not cause female characteristics to appear on me and that is GREAT! I get the benefits of estrogen without having to deal with gynoclamastia!!!!

I read several reviews on this product and have to say I agree with all the good ones. I expected I would have to take the supplement for a week or two before I felt some relief, but I noticed a difference the first night. I still have the occasional hot flash (more if I drink before bed), but they are not as bad and not as constant throughout the night. If you're enjoying (NOT!) menopause, I highly recommend this product.

Absolutely love this stuff!! It helps with my menopause symptoms and keeps my mood stable. Couldn't live without it!!

I already had finish one bottle and hot flashes where still bad so I said maybe I need to keep taken for awhile to get in my system so I order another bottle and hot flashes even got worst then they where this product does not work for me at all I have hot flashes even more then before so time to find something else hope this product works for somebody just not for me.
