Great product to protect driveways!
Easy to apply and does a great job sealing the driveway. Tested it afterward and water didn't saturate as expected. This is second time I have used it with great results!

Easy to apply, easy to clean up, with amazing results.
My property has lots of shade, and my brick paths, brick patio and front steps were mossy and beginning to crumble at the edges. I wire-brushed and scrubbed with white vinegar, then sprayed on the MasonrySaver with an inexpensive plastic garden sprayer which I rinsed with clear water after each use.. Once dry, the coating is invisible, and the water beads up and evaporates or runs off. I am so pleased with the results!! My bricks look new even after three months. I've ordered another 5 gallons to spray the remaining paths once the weather warms. Can't say enough in praise of this product!

Driveway Sealed
Easy to put down and it's only been down for a few months but the water real beeds up and the driveway looks great. Time will tell how long it last. So far very happy with the product.

it’s too pricey
it was easy to put on and it was durable however, I’m sorry why does everyone charge so much for this stuff? That’s what makes me mad.

Been a customer of years
I use it on my brick chimney and on the crown. It does the job, although, to play it safe, I apply it every couple of years. Highly recommend this very good product.

Reducing to one star after winter
Well the water didn't bead because it was soaking into the stone/mortar unabated. There were hairline cracks not only in the mortar, but in the STONE, the following spring. This stuff did nary a thing. The following fall, I bought a thick, syrupy (glossy) product and slathered the whole (outdoor stone fireplace) up with it. You'd better believe the water beaded then! And this spring, close inspection revealed no new water/freeze damage to the thing. Shop around! Original review: Not sure. Used the gallon to seal my new outdoor stone fireplace before winter. Water doesn't bead, but not sure whether it should. It's either working or it's not! haha
