Q: my child is myopic, the doctor recommends use the “eye care ceiling light” have u hear of it？

Sorry not heard of that, but these light bulbs are brilliant for my wife and me since putting these light bulbs in our eyes have been a lot better. Sorry can't help you any further.

Q: What are the dimensions of each bulb

We have two versions of this bulb which were bought at different times, not sure which was the newest but the bulb diameter was 430mm. height including metal cap varied from 700mm. to 800mm. hope this helps.

Q: What is the heat output of these bulbs?

Well a lot less than the old bulbs or even halogen, I have never thought of touching them to find out. If you ever grabbed a recently "blown" bulb where you need oven gloves to remove it, I do not think they are that hot. My hubby has a father & son halogen floor lamp , this sends out a lot of heat, so when I use up our supply of halogen bulbs, I think you know what type off lamp I will be getting, you get a longer lasting bulb with LED. Hope this helps.

Q: What energy rating are these please as in the main photo I can see a+ on the box but down in the write up I can see rating F ?

They are LED units, so a+ is correct as they use very little electricity.
