I purchased this product for myself - an adult male who is starting up playing rugby. The large print advertises this as ‘adult’. The small print is it is for under 10 years old! So I have received it and not even opened the package but I am not allowed to exchange for the right size for me.My advice - read the small print carefully and maybe buy another product that is clearly labelled. I’m sure I am not the first and will not be the last.

First of all, this is a 'youth' size but only when it arrived did I see that it was for up to 10 year olds. This isn’t clear on the site. And, Opro, have a look in the dictionary as to the meaning of youth. Subsequently bought an adult gold version for an 11 yr old. Followed the instructions to the letter for both youth and adult but neither would mould. I suspect it’s because the plastic doesn’t melt sufficiently at the heat step but any longer will damage the product apparently (and you don’t want to burn your child either). Complete waste of money.

Only marginally more rubbish than the previous one. Thought we'd give it one more try, but again the rear part simply ends up splayed open after fitting as the inner sides fall to the side so it wi never stay in place. This time it doesn't even include a suitable container to carry the mask in!

These were nowhere near as easy to mould as the instructions imply. My brother did it for my son, he’s a dentist. He agreed it was great value for money, especially whilst many milk teeth still need to fall out. It wasn’t so easy mould and required a few reheating attempts and it did need to be kept in hot water for longer. The additional insurance was also very worthwhile.

Bought two of these - followed the instructions excatly for my son - and we couldn't get either of them to work - disappointing :( Had to buy a much cheaper one in the end - as I just couldn't keep afford to trying the expensive one. The cheaper one stayed in much better.
