The best quality cacao nibs on the market!
I've been using cacao nibs for over a year now and tried various companies, so have had plenty of time to find a favourite - and that's NaturaleBio. Some other brands (especially a certain "Amazon's choice" sponsored add brand) still have a vinegar like smell & taste, as they've not been cleaned enough after the fermentation stage, some folks like that - I don't, especially as I use cacao nibs in my daily breakfast, smoothies and drinks. I find that NaturaleBio also sift off the husks better than others, so I'm no longer picking out tough husks from between my teeth - husks feel extremely gritty, almost sand-like against tooth enamel, so you'd definitely know the difference between it and actual nibs and not having to deal with that uncomfortableness is brilliant. As an FYI, I'm housebound disabled with multiple chronic illnesses and allergies, so all my food and drink has to be made from scratch by my carers, so needs to be easy for them to prepare, healthy, nutritious, easy to digest and above all, enjoyable! I've certainly found that with NaturaleBio Cacao Nibs, I have all those needs met, the antioxidants help boost my impaired immune system, as well as help regulate my GI transit without triggering my IBS, have a very satisfying crunch and texture and the taste is the best of several brands I've purchased. When my current cacao powder runs out, I'll be restocking with NaturaleBio for both powder and nibs, as they're definitely the best cacao supplier by far! True to their ancient origins, it's easy to see how the Mayans thought of cacao as "food of the gods" and used cacao beans as currency! *Edit 20/08/2020* Okies, so over a year later and I'm still happily purchasing this brand's cacao nibs. They continue to be a great quality product, the taste, texture and density is utterly superb! I find they reeeaaalllyyy do help boost my energy levels and immune system, so I continue to eat them daily as part of my breakfast, as well as a snack when I need a bit more energy or focus, they make a great alternative to drinking more coffee or those awful energy drinks. Considering I eat approx 1 table spoons worth, at least once a day, a 1kg bag lasts me a little over 3 months. While this product continues to do me good and providing it stays affordable, I'll keep on buying it! However, I would utterly appreciate it if these cacao nibs could be added to the "Subscribe & Save" program, so that I could have automatic deliveries, meaning I'll never have to go without, whenever I forget to order more, lol! *Damn you brain fog!* #SpoonieIssues *Edit 20/10/2020* Woohoo! This is now in the "Subscribe & Save" programme! I've just confirmed my subscription, now that's one less thing to worry about and I'll get a discount too, win win!

Great value cacao nibs.
CaoCao Nibs are a fantastic addition to any chocolate lover's pantry! These cacao nibs are incredibly rich and offer a deep, authentic chocolate flavor with a satisfying crunch. They're perfect for adding a healthy, natural boost to smoothies, yogurt, or baking recipes. I also love snacking on them straight from the bag for a guilt-free treat. The quality is excellent, and the freshness is evident in every bite. If you're a fan of dark chocolate, these nibs are a must-try! Highly recommend!

These nibs are his nibs.
I generally buy the supermarket available cacao nibs Naturya. These are larger than those, crunchier, and seem to taste pretty much the same. The Naturya are baked though, and do smell nicer in the pack. That said, these taste really nice on my breakfast, and raw is supposed to have benefits. Price wise there isn't much in it, I think I will buy these again, unless my local does a special offer on the four quid for 125g ones, these are worth a few pence more than that. My main reason for trying them is to avoid breaking my teeth on lots of hard bits, and so far that has worked great, they have far fewer shells. I don't think I've actually crunched a shell so far, come to think of it.

Good, but unsure of purity
Nice with yoghurt, but need to find a good balance with using them. I like them, but I have been unsure about the purity on occasion, some pieces tasted a bit like coffee bean which took me by surprise.

Get the benefits of raw Cocao nibs which is the main ingrediant in Chocolate
I have learnt that dark chocolate is very good for you. For this reason I bought this item. I had never had cacao nibs before and therefore did not know what to expect. Well the packaging is good and the product has all the goodness of dark chocolate without the fat and without the sugar. The raw cacao nut has been ground down and looks gritty. No other manufacturing process has taken place and there have been no additives. Furthermore it does not taste very chocolatey. However bearing in mind the recent research and health benefits I have introduced these cacao nibs into my diet and I will tell you how: (1) Mix into smoothies (2) Eat 2tsp (10 grams) eat raw. This is crunchy and I sometimes add a sweetener such as Calerie free Ethrynol. (3) Throw into savoury stews etc ). I then feel that I am getting all the goodness of chocolate without the problem of gaining weight. (4) I also put cocoa nibs into gravy. It makes the gravy very rich and tastey. You will never beleve it! Hope this helps.

Chunkier and tastier than other nibs!
I’ve tired most of the organic nibs on Amazon and this is my favourite so had to leave a review when I didn’t the others. It’s the best because the nibs are much chunkier than the others so you get more flavour. Highly recommend! I finally found one I can get on repeat :)

Reliable Raw Cacao Source
Repeat purchase which is some indication but then again everyone has their own expectations of any product. This one ticked the right boxes for me, including organic, reliable quality plus competitively priced in comparison to other available suppliers.

Getting very expensive
This is an excellent product but has increased in price over a 100% in less than a year. Getting to the point that quality is not in keeping with the price. If price increases any further will have to find alternative.

The Roh Kakao Nibs Bio is a standout product for me in the realm of organic foodstuffs. It's a product that truly delivers on its promise of quality, flavor, and nutritional value. These organic raw cacao nibs are derived from the Theobroma cacao plant, grown in the lush, fertile soils of Peru. The result is a product that is a testament to the rich biodiversity of its origin, offering a taste that is as unique as it is delightful. The purity of the product is evident from the moment you open the packaging. The smell is divine - a rich, earthy aroma that fills the air and instantly transports you to the Peruvian landscapes where these cacao plants thrive. Each nib is a crunchy burst of flavor, a perfect blend of slight bitterness and underlying sweetness that sets it apart from the overly processed chocolate products we're often subjected to. The Roh Kakao Nibs Bio is not just about great flavor, it's about nutritional value too. These nibs are an excellent source of magnesium, potassium, and iron. As someone keenly focused on health and wellness, I appreciate the simple, natural way these essential nutrients can be added to my diet. Whether sprinkled on a morning smoothie bowl, mixed into a homemade granola bar, or simply enjoyed as a snack, these cacao nibs offer a tasty and healthy complement to any meal. The packaging of the 1Kg bag is practical and sturdy, ensuring the product stays fresh for a long time. I also appreciate the clear commitment to sustainability, which is evident from the organic farming methods used to grow the cacao plants, to the eco-friendly packaging. In terms of value, the Roh Kakao Nibs Bio provides an exceptional deal. Considering the high-quality, organic raw cacao nibs, coupled with the generous 1Kg quantity, I believe it offers excellent value for money. Overall, the Roh Kakao Nibs Bio 1Kg is an outstanding product that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a high-quality, nutritious, and flavorful addition to their diet. It is not just a product, but a delightful experience that brings the richness and purity of Peruvian cacao right to your kitchen.
