Biaggi Luggage Hangeroo Two-In-One Garment Bag + Duffle

**READ this review**After reading some of the other reviews I almost passed on this....but:1) to those who complain about the zippers, yes they are not the best quality; however, there is a metal clasp on either side that hold the zippers in place so they don't slowly unzip over time! See the pic! (So tired of unintelligent people reviewing items on here) Also, I was worried once they are clasped into place I wouldn't be able to open the middle portion easily; however, not true, I just clasped only the zippers for the sides and not the center zipper. Which means the middle zipper was still easily accessible without having to undo the clasp every time, just to open the middle! Brilliant.2) this is a 5 star bag simply for the price. A high end version of this bag is $300 (which I did consider purchasing just for that amazing green color ha)3) I purchased the tote bag as well as the duffle to compare. One of the things I didn't like about the duffle was, what if I just wanted to use this to carry a suit and nothing else? So I figured a way to mod the duffle and returned the tote bag. You can see in the pics I attached a simple magnetic clasp to the bag and now I have a duffle and if wanted just a simple suit bag!Hope this helps someone, I never do these, but was tired of reading false/uneducated reviews.

The bag was defective. It is under warranty though. I contacted Biaggi via email and got a response within 4 hours, which was unexpected. I sent them a copy of the receipt as well as a photo they requested. They are sending me a replacement. Other than the issue I think the bag is pretty decent. This isn’t like the high end ones other companies are selling but it is going to do the job.

I was truly excited to get/own/use this product as I frequently fly for business and only need to pack some work clothes. I was super disappointed when using it for the 4th time this past week, a zipper on one of the ends came undone and separated completely from the other side. I was able to finish the trip and fly home with one end open, however, I was disappointed in how long this bag lasted before becoming garbage.I'm realistic and completely understood that one day the zippers on this thing might fail, but I wasn't expecting it so soon, and its NEW condition. Truly unfortunate.

In theory, this is great and it should work. However, this bag is cheaply made. On its very first use, the zippers would not work and pull away. It does have ample space and easily fits in an overhead bin on a plane, but it seems very cheaply made. I would look at other similar products before buying this particular one.

Ive been waiting to write a review for this product but since I've been traveling around the country with this bag I felt the time was now. It's a nice bag; I'm not impressed with the material they selected but if it works it works. The only complaint I have is with the shoulder strap; it will not stay synched. The second the strap hits your shoulder it slips down and the bag rests by your ankles. Fix that issue and I'd give this bag 4:5 but till then it remains a 3:5.

I travel often for both business and personal. This bag is perfect for any weekend trip. I add this bag to my rolling garment bag to add that one extra suit plus all my gym and other items to complete my wardrobe for a week of business attire. The size of the bag is perfect for airline overhead. With this bag and my roller, I am able to have all my luggage without checking in any bags. Great product highly recommend for any traveler.

its a little bigger than expected but thats my fault for not really looking at the dimensions. and also the material is different than I had expected, more of a shiny slick fabric. I was expecting something heavier and nicer feeling. wish I had gotten the black so that the fabric wouldn't have been as noticeable

Ordered this bag for my husband ... after much research ... this was the most reasonably priced convertible garment bag online or in store ... my husband loves it and can’t wait till his upcoming trips to use ... The material is similar to Kipling bags ... great quality ... and the fact that it converts to duffle bag and is carryon is a bonus ... worth the price ... item arrived on time and as promised ... awesome transaction ...
