Great purchase and here's why...
After a week of regular use we have not found a downside to this unit. You can pay less for a shower head and you can certainly pay a lot more but this unit is affordable, attractive, easy to install, & works great. Yes, it is plastic but seems to be of good quality and durable. We really appreciate the longer length (72 inch) stainless steel hose on the handheld sprayer. Our last shower head was a different brand but of a similar design and the hose was the first thing to disappoint by springing a leak after only a few uses. It was also shorter and didn't work well for dog bathing. This one seems much sturdier and barring outright abuse we are confident it will offer problem-free service for years to come. The longer length offers much better use for cleaning the shower walls and for the aforementioned dog bathing. Great water pressure, nice assortment of settings, and extra-long hose make this a perfect choice for us.

Good value!
Its hard to find a nice shower head with out breaking the bank. I've had this installed a couple weeks now and I am very happy with it. I did remove the water restricting device (easily, which i appreciate), and i have great water pressure with even flow and no issues at all with the product. I will say though that the use of plumbers tape (provided) and not torquing down on the pieces with a wrench is prudent. Its just plastic, but for the price I am very happy with the product to date.

Looks good and easy to assemble
My shower head needed an upgrade for a long time. I decided on a double shower head. It arrived promptly, was easy to install and tested well. Here are some of the tweaks I made during installation - using numbers from AquaDance installation guide: 1. same as instructions 2-3-4. I suggest attaching shower head to diverter first, and then attaching it all together to the shower arm. The reason - diverter is plastic, and shower head is metal, so in case threads are not aligned properly, shower head can strip the threads on diverter, and then it will either break or leak. I noticed threads peeling on diverter, so I detached it, attached shower head, and then re-attached assembly to shower arm. 5. Tested for leaks - all good. NOTE - I did not use teflon tape to connect diverter to shower head. 6. Attaching hose and handheld piece: a. test long nut of the hose and diverted holder, to make sure they fit. If not, follow instructions to rotate holder. b. assemble handheld head and hose (the end with long nut); I used teflon tape in this connection. c. attach hose (the end with short nut) to the diverter; I used teflon tape in this connection. After everything is assembled, test for leaks again. It is possible to assemble all by hand, without pliers or channel lock. If you have to use tools, make sure to wrap connection with a washcloth first so you do not damage pieces. Suggestion to manufacturer - diverter should be of a stronger material, I worry it will leak / break down the line. I will post any updates here after I use it for a bit.

Really Great Product
We installed the shower head and also installed a G-Promise Solid Metal Diverter with Hand Shower Mount that acts as an on & off lever for the shower head. The water pressure was really impressive. If you are concerned with running out of hot water you can turn the lever half way and you should still have great water pressure. We sure did and did not run out of water. I love that I can turn the hand held handle on and the shower head still sprays water. My husband likes that he can turn the shower head off (thanks to the diverter) while he lathers up to save water. We purchased a few months ago and still love it!

Powerful stream and easy to install
So far so good - the product holds up to its name. Very powerful in either the handheld or overhead function. However, as other reviewers noted, the stream is less powerful when both are used - but it’s still a nice shower. And actually, it is too strong at times, ha! Easy to switch between streams and the trickle stream is awesome to use when you are shaving legs or doing something that doesn’t need a full blast - nice water saving feature.

Weird choices in materials...
I figured for the money the construction of this would be a little better. I mean they should have made the valve/mount out of metal... I am a 6' tall guy, so a standard shower head is too low for me without bending over. I use a metal extension arm to get the shower head to the right height. Because of this, the plastic stop nut included would not work. So I was required to tighten the valve onto the extension more than I think they expected. I also had to use the extra rubber gasket to be able to get the valve in the right position. On the first try, the gasket pushed up in the tube. This caused a leak and pressure to be restricted. After taking it apart and redoing it. It worked, but both times I felt like I was going to break the plastic valve, and it twists on the extension arm because I couldn't use the lock ring. I find it very weird that everything that connects to the PLASTIC valve is METAL. The threaded portion on the shower head is METAL. The hose for the handheld shower head is METAL, and the incoming water pipe is METAL... So why isn't the valve METAL???? That valve is the weak link in the whole system, and it's required to support everything. I feel like it's going to break every time I adjust the shower head or switch between the handheld unit and the shower head. It's funny because it would have probably only cost them another $2 to produce the valve out of metal... The handheld unit works great, and I really like the metal hose.

Good buy! Especially for dog owners.
I love this shower head. Easy to install, and although it’s plastic, it feels sturdy. The handheld shower is awesome for dog washing, the cord is slinky and long for under belly pup washing. I love the pressure and the ability to use both heads at once. Great purchase.
