Cheap & work great!
We had these knives years ago and eventually they broke over time. I missed having them and purchased this set to replace them. These are the best cheap knife set I've found. They are nothing fancy, but they are sharp and do the job well. I recomend them.

Love the small ones for peeling
I love these little knives. They stay sharp forever. The absolute best to peel potatoes, tomatoes, Incredible value.

Gift item
They are inexpensive knives. They work for home kitchens that do not require heavy duty knives. I gave them as a gift.

Flimsier then plastic picnic knives and built to break
If I could rate these lower then 1 star I certainly would. This set looked nice, and sounded promising, unfortunately they fail on so many levels. For starters the knives are made from the cheapest flimsiest metal possible, you can bend even the french knife just as easily as you can a plastic butter knife! (the smaller knives are so cheap cutting anything harder then soft butter will easily snap them off at the hilt.)Even worse the knives are constructed so that only 1/4" to 1/2" of metal is actually inside the plastic handle, (situated less then 1/8" from the top of the handle.) meaning *any* torque on the blades will snap the knife off at the hilt, assuming it doesn't just rip out of the top of the hilt instead. These knives put the word cheap to shame, you could likely built better knives by hammering out some aluminium roofing and making handles out of duct tape; Seriously!

Supreme Quality & A Steal for the Price
Amazing quality knives for the price. Totally worth the purchase even if we only get a year's use out of them.(I'm sure they'll last a lot longer than that).

Great value for the price
I had a set of 6 steak knives made by Diamond Cut that I had for 15+ years and they were the BEST knives. So I specifically searched out the Diamond Cut brand to replace them and have found these to still be great knives. The handles are a bit slimmer and the blades are slightly more flexible than the prior knives but they still cut very well. Overall pleased, but I can tell there are some small changes that have been made. For the price they are very nice.
