rubbish
bought a couple of weeks ago beautiful when they arrived but bye day two had already had yellow leaves i thought ok to be expected bye day four no change still losing leaves so decided to repot to larger ones good for a couple of days then one of the plants leaves had all gone yellow and the newer ones where just brown, the other plant still alive but seems to be loosing as many leaves as it grows makes me sad but my fault for buying this beautyful plant in the first

Hawaiian Palm Tree unique and gorgeous
This plant has thrived for a month going on two months. I water once every 3 weeks and fertilise. I use a 2" watering can to water only the soil. I re-potted in orchid soil. Doing well.

This palm arrived in excellent condition. I have followed all instructions and yet all leaves have fallen off within 6 weeks leaving just a 'stump'!!! I have phoned the sellers by phone twice and they have reassured me this is normal and that they will return in the winter. Certainly some small shoots have recently appeared and I will wait to see what happens but....it looks very strange at this time.

Bought 3, 2 were gifts and only one has survived. They were delivered as expected the packaging was excellent ensuring you received the plants in top condition but they are very difficult to care for

Supplier refused to honour the guarantee
Arrived looking the picture of health but within two weeks all but two of the leaves turned yellow and fell off.The supplier said that this is not uncommon but the plant died and started to rot after about six weeks and was replaced with another which also died within a month.The supplier offers a Lifetime Guarantee but have refused to honour it.Don’t waste your money.

Leaves dying off
Early to give assessment but a.m a little concerned about the number of lower leaves that are dying. If plant survives it is one of the attractive ones I will be proud to own. It is on my kitchen windowsill and may need more heat

Still alive.
I think I have the measure of this finicky plant. A couple of leave dropped off just after delivery, but I think this was from the delivery process. New growth is showing at top, so fingers crossed.

Not as described
I have received this order which came in a plastic black pot (not the pot visible on the pictures). It also has no flowers, even though the description clearly states "Sweetly fragranced, jasmine-like flowers". Some of the leaves appear to have snapped. Overall it is nothing like you see in the pictures provided by the supplier.
