I Am Ariel (Disney Princess) (Little Golden Book)

Our little one loves the golden books. This is the third one we've bought. Easy to read, colorful, and a great version of the classic Disney tale. Who doesn't love the Little Mermaid?

I love getting these books as baby gifts. The price is great and it's just a cute thing to add to a gift. Love it!

I was looking for books to introduce my three year old to the Disney Princesses in preparation for our trip to Walt Disney World. I wanted her to "get to know" the princesses without the somewhat frightening aspects of the actual Disney movies. "I am Ariel" along with "I am Cinderella" and "I am Rapunzel" are EXACTLY what I was looking for. I only wish they had similar books for Snow White, Sleeping Beauty and Belle. I know, I know, I am probably being too protective, but there is enough time to introduce her to evil queens and scary sea monsters down the road. Right now, I LOVE that these books tell the happy, shiny aspects of the stories only. Short and sweet.
