I'd give zero stars if I could. Packaged in an accordion fold. Now will not straighten and lay flat to floor. After 4 days of having heavy weights on the rise-ups, it still will not lay flat. These people should know to package in an inverted roll so that it rolls into the floor. Who doesn't know something so basic?On Monday I will arrange for a return if it still will not lay flat. I cannot have an employee tripping over this mat and getting hurt.Misti
