Been flying with a fleece vest for years, but have been going places that are too warm for it. Zipper pockets keep my stuff safe when I'm flying, light enough to not be too hot. Works for my needs, fit is good in general - I'm on the short/heavy side so this is a little long but overall the 2XL seems true to size. Why not 5 stars? Seems sturdy enough so far, but also feels somewhat insubstantial, the zippers especially.

I recently purchased two of these lightweight vests, one in khaki and one in gray, for $13 each. At that price point, they’re a solid value and essentially what I was looking for in terms of weight and versatility. They’re light, comfortable, and easy to layer, which makes them good for transitional weather. That said, sizing is something to be aware of. I ordered a 2X in both, expecting them to fit a bit loose, but they really just fit. They run slightly smaller than I anticipated, especially the gray, which seems cut a little slimmer than the khaki. If you prefer a roomier fit, you may want to size up. Another difference is that the khaki vest came with a hood, which was unexpected since the gray did not, and it wasn’t clearly advertised that way. Not necessarily a negative, just inconsistent. Overall, for $13, I’m satisfied with the purchase. However, I would not purchase these again at a higher price point.

My husband is very happy with this lightweight vest and all its useful pockets. He thinks the zipper works on the wrong side, but it does work fine so he is OK with that.

I bought the "Khaki" (not the Khaki02, or Khaki#4). All-in-all, I was pleasantly surprised. The design, cut, and fabric are good. In addition, the sizing given on the website is fairly accurate. If you're an XL, buy the XL, etc. The zippers are a serious problem. The are worse than low quality. Whatever you do, don't use the "main" front zipper. If you do, there's a much better than 50% chance you'll never get vest off (assuming you can zip it up in the first place. I would gladly pay an extra $5.00 for a Y2K zipper that works. The pocket zippers are a bit better but, even then, there's a better than 50% chance you'll one day need a pair of scissors to open the pocket. Best to wear it as a sleeveless cardigan that has no buttons and has open pockets. The zippers are the very bad, and they are very, very bad. At this price-point, I wasn't surprised by lower quality stitching used to manufacture the garment. These vests won't last more than a few seasons (unless you're good at hand stitch repairs or have a sewing machine). I'm not bothered by the pull on the front, main zipper being on the left rather than the right. I've bought foreign clothing before. Beside, it makes no difference because I won't ever use any of the zippers. Not that it matters much, but the care instructions are only written in Chinese.

My go to travel vest. While I was working, I always wore a sport coat when travelling. Somehow it just helped to make things go smoother; less profiling as potential riff-raff. Not that I am retired, I was a bit reluctant to switch over to this travel vest, but it looks really good. No problems at the airport screening area. I still seem to be perceived as a decent person, even though I let my hair grow out.

Good quality vest runs a little on the small side if in doubt order a size up.

The look is good, it's light and thin so it won't be too hot on warmer days but definitely won't be warm, either. Sizing seems about right. However, it is very, very cheaply made. Fraying seams everywhere. Zippers are plastic with metal pulls and were jammed right from the moment it came out of the package. Collar doesn't stand up very well. Came insanely wrinkled, even after attempting to steam and remove the creases, some are still firmly set-in. I still don't know if I'm going to bother keeping it or not, but it's hard to find vests that are more like windbreaker material and less like sweater or jacket material.

Je l'ai reçu assez rapidement (Livraison prévue entre le 1ᴱᴿ et le 23 septembre. Reçue le 5 août). Grandeur parfaite XL → (je mesure 6'3" et je pèse 215 lb). Pas trop de poches ce qui fait que la veste est légère et qu'elle n'est pas double ou triple épaisseur comme certaines vestes qui se veulent être des sacs à dos modifiés. Il y avait une légère différence entre l'illustration qui montrait un élastique d'ajustement au bas de la veste ; celle que j'ai reçue n'en avait pas, mais elle était correcte pour ma taille. Une des fermetures éclair est un peu difficile ; comme si elle "accrochait" un peu avant de céder et descendre. Quelqu'un de brusque ou pressé pourrait peut-être briser le zipper. Dans l'ensemble je suis très satisfait du produit et j'en ai commandé une autre d'une autre couleur.
