I ordered powdered fenugreek but received whole seeds. Bought a coffee grinder, ground the seeds, and had a pleasant surprise. Unlike the packaged ground seeds, these were fresh, fragrant, and tasty. I will order them again.

I used to buy Fenugreek seed to make tea, because Fenugreek has so many beneficial properties that help with a lot of issues whether respiratory, digestive, or high blood pressure and cholesterol. The seeds are hard, though, and it is hard to extract all of the nutrients by making tea as you have to boil for a long time. Then I found out that Fenugreek is really high in fiber and I thought that it would be much better to be able to consume it all so I got this powder and now I mix some with some water. The only downside is that it can give you gas. You simply can't beat the price. Twenty something for five pounds! R U Serious?!!! Companies sell a bottle of sixty capsules for that and you only get an ounce or two. Five pounds for that!!!! It will last me years.

Very disappointed

Good quality, tastes not so much good! :) Use as a supplement to lower the overall sugar intake of meals, truly recommend to not taste by itself, it is a dark place there, mix it in a shake and viola!

It's was ok, I think the spicy taste of it bothered my stomach.. other than that it was ok...
