Overall: This lip balm is amazing. I love the shape, the creaminess and the taste. I decided to try out this brand (switching from classic Burt's Bees) because I've always had constantly chapped lips, even when applying both at night and during the day.The Shape: I keep one tube in my purse and one on my nightstand - the oval shape is awesome because the round tubes I used before really would roll off the edge, leaving me scrounging around in the dark depths below my nightstand. Application with this new shape is a little odd at first (especially because their formula is so creamy - it's easy to accidentally get some on your face), but after a few days I got used to it and now I never have a problem. I keep my lip balm in the same pocket as other makeup, and I like that with this oval shape I don't get my lip balm and concealer confused anymore when blindly searching for it.The Formula: This lip balm has a subtle taste (in my opinion), similar to coconut oil. It tastes good (and doesn't leave a weird, waxy residue in your mouth), but not so good that you keep accidentally licking it off. It's soft and creamy - I wouldn't keep it in my pocket or my car because I fear that warming it up would make it TOO creamy for my preference. It does what it's supposed to - I've had this lip balm for about a week and my lips have been smooth as a baby's bottom since the first day (and it's the middle of winter - that's unheard of for me). I apply it at least twice a day, probably more because I like it so much. It feels great going on and your lips are silky but not sticky afterwards.

I almost bought whatever standard household name-brand stuff that the local friendly big-box was selling, but decided I could probably do better than that. Glad I looked around online! Like one of the reviewers mentioned, this stuff is neither terribly waxy, nor is it overly-greasy. Just a nice, natural cocoa/shea butter feeling that keeps your lips moist for a good while. I was a little concerned it might be a little 'girlie' - I like flavored balms, but not when they're feminine. I feel this is perfectly fine to use as a guy who wants to retain most of his manliness. The package says "99% Natural" and most of the ingredients don't have me wincing or scratching my head. The only ones I was unsure about were Mixed Tocopherols, Ammonium Glycyrrhizate and Benzyl Alcohol. Don't really know what those are, but *shrug*. I like the stuff and will probably buy it again.The shape of the tube is strange like others say, but I hardly find it worth making a fuss about.

Feels soft on the lips and I love the ergonomic shaped/sized tube. However this product caused my lips to sting which must be due to the fragrance. I have sensitive skin, and most fragrances in skin care irritate my skin whether it synthetic or "natural" from essential oils which are known to be more irritating than synthetics. Wish I can use since the balm felt hydrating. I gave both tubes I bought to my husband who tolerates it without an issue. I know this balm will not irritate most other people....unless you have sensitive skin as I do.

Love this lip balm! Husband got it as a stocking stuffer for me and I have been using the same tube twice a day ever since and still have about another months worth of it (so that's at least 4 months of use) It goes on smootly and has the same taste and texture as coconut oil that I would describe as wet but not sticky with a slight sweet, coconuty taste. It healed my dry lips in about 3 days of continuous use. I bought another tube for when my first tube runs out because I don't want to be without it. Highly recommend!

Some may think this lip balm is too expensive and may pass it up. I say it is worth it! It rolls on smooth, has a great coconut scent, and is 99% natural. I have tried over 8 different coconut lip balms and the YESto brand is the best! I bought one and liked it so much, I recently purchased a pack of three to stock up after this first one is done. Great product!

I'm a die-hard, plain-Jane-Vaseline user because I like smooth, not waxy, lips. I periodically look for an alternative so I wouldn't need to use my fingers to apply it. This product comes very close. It isn't overly waxy, which is great, though it is still somewhat waxier than I prefer. It goes on smoothly and lasts long enough. I find I have to apply quite a bit of it for good coverage. Now, the taste. I don't always want to taste coconut – after I brush my teeth, after I eat, or before bed, e.g. So, since I bought it I use it sometimes and still Vaseline most times. This is a large improvement over other products I've tried (I keep returning to Burt's Bees because it looks like it *should* work, but too waxy). I recommend this with only slight hesitation.

If you are a coconut fan, you will love this product. This is my favorite lip balm. I use it all day, everyday. I have tubes of it all over my home and at work. It has a perfect consistency (not to hard/stiff and not too greasy/slimy). In the past I've had extremely dry lips, but since using this product for the last 3-4 years, my dry lips no longer exist. Definitely a must have.

This is a really nice lip balm. It smells great and is really moisturizing. I use it all the time since breastfeeding has made me perpetually dehydrated. I also have very sensitive lips to balms, and this is gentle and doesn't bother me at all. My only complaint is that it takes very frequent application because it is a little thin, but that does help it glide on really smoothly. Not the end of the world though. I already have recommended it to friends.

Super soft on lips. Softness lasts really long even after eating. Tastes and smells like fresh coconut. Can be used in cold weather as well as when you spend long hours in air conditioned environment.

My lips had gotten so dry before I bought this that I had a painful cut on my bottom lip. I used this and my lips were hydrated the next day, the cut cleared up by the second, and it smells divine, too!Apparently pure melted coconut oil is one of the best treatments for dry lips. No one has time for that and it's not convenient, so maybe there is real coconut oil in this little stick as it works wonders.I bought it at a discounted price but I'd happily pay full price in the winter when my lips are bad. It's probably the same size as the average lip-balm stick, except it actually moisturises lips rather than smothering them in jelly, and smells great - so it's definitely worth the money.It doesn't leave that disgusting residue like other lip balms, either.Fantastic product!

I’ve tried this and the exfoliating coconut soap and this balm wins the spot for my favorite hands down out of the two! The quality is amazing. I have two of these, one for my bedside table and one for my bag. I really lather it on in the evenings before bed and have noticed a difference in my lips. I reapply it lightly once or twice throughout the day. It leaves such a silky feeling and a slight sheen. I also like how there isn’t really a smell or color.

Just as good an any you can buy on the high street

After years of using carmex, i didnt think i would find a non toxic lipbalm that left my lips feeling moisturised and comfortable. I tried some other natural brands first and they were not quenching enough. A regular buy now for myself and my daughter, although I do find it expensive, IV noticed the price fluctuates regularly.
