Peach homebrew addition
Added to a Peach Berliner Weisse homebrew along with peaches to give it some extra kick. Initially it tasted a little off, but has mellowed to a great flavor. Looking to see what other peach beers I can brew, and maybe just use the extract next time, no fruit.

Words cannot describe this Peach Extract!
I usually get the Lipton Black Peach Tea Bags from Amazon. They were out so I just got the regular Lipton Tea Bags. I was looking for a Peach Flavoring for my Tea. Boy Oh Boy did I find it!!! This is the greatest thing since sliced bread. I absolutely love it! The flavor is so crisp and fresh. Even Lipton Peach Tea Bags can't compare. I'm NEVER going to use anything else. It also has use for baking. I'm going to order an extra bottle just in case they run out. Do yourself a favor and indulge!!!

Didn't taste or smell like peach
The seller got it shipped very quickly so A+ on their part, but the product itself is horrible. I purchased this for use in making peach flavored homemade ice cream, but this extract neither tastes nor smells even remotely close to peach! I tried different quantities in several batches just to see whether or not it would make a difference, but it did not. The extract smells and tastes more like a fake bubble gum flavor... kind of like that numbing agent used before the Novocaine shot at the dentist. So in conclusion, I did not find this extract to be useful for my needs which is very disappointing because there aren't many peach extracts on the market to choose from.

Flavor was spot on and was out of this world when we added a bit to our pancake batter with a little cinnamon!
I also reviewed the Banana Extract and couldn't say enough about the Peach Extract as well! It is authentically peach and (because we couldn't get enough of the banana when we started using it) just started to use this one. I can't wait to add a bit to my peach pies and cobblers - to round out the flavor when the peaches are tart. I can tell you that the flavor was spot on and was out of this world when we added a bit to our pancake batter with a little cinnamon! And, our very own super-taster raved about the juicy peach flavor - when we would have gotten an immediate thumbs down if there was even a hint of artificials or an off flavor! I can't wait to try more of their products! (Delivery was faster than expected!!!)

Gives good peach essence
I bought this extract to enhance the peach flavor of my home made peach wine. I always buy the fruit at the peak of season, and for us here in Missouri, the local peach orchards are in full harvest during the dog days of August. Flavor enhancement in fruit wines is sometimes necessary because in the fermentation process of converting sugars to alcohol, some of the fruit flavor is lost. In my beginning years of wine making, I turned out quite a few batches of what tasted like pure mountain dew, sans any fruit flavor at all. I later found out that this fruit flavor loss can be mitigated if you stop fermentation when some of the residual sugars are still present. In my case, I just wanted to try a batch with a bit of flavor boost. I added the extract in the amount of 1 oz. per 3 gallon carboy of the finished wine just before bottling. Since there are no instructions or suggestions given on the extract bottle, this was just a wild guess. Turns out I guessed pretty correctly. When opening the bottled wine, the wine has a very pleasant fruit bouquet, and the flavor was passed into the taste as well. With residual sugars left in the wine, I ended up with a light, fruity, slightly sweet lower alcohol (8%)wine...perfect to sip chilled ice cold on a hot summer day. One point to note - it is probably best to use this extract as an enhancer on a like fruit product that already has some natural fruit flavor in it. You may be disappointed if you intend to use it as the sole source of fruit flavor. I suspect that extracts like this have a fairly short shelf life because the fruit flavors are volatile. To extend it, store tightly capped in a dark cool location, like a basement.

AMAZING MILD PEACH FLAVOR
Soft and amazing like a summer breeze, very similar to the "HINT" brand peach flavored water. I use 3 droppers per 16 oz of sparkling water...I do like it peachy and it is SUPER DELICIOUS!!! However, this peach extract being that good, I cannot wait to order the premium organic peach extract...it must be beyond good, another awesome product from Olive Nation....I have 17 flavors from them , mostly to put in soda water...all of them are awesome and make soda water lovers very very happy! Thank you OliveNation!

Not peach flavored.
Sorry only 2 stars. If I could return I would. Yuck. Tastes like bubble gum, vanilla when you mix it in your tea. Smells like it too. So not going to buy this brand again. It said white white peach flavor. Well peaches have a distinct flavor. My husband tasted it and asked what is this? Is said peach tea. He was raised on a peach orchard. He said well you left out the peach. đ

Itâs a matter of taste
Read the reviews and went ahead with the purchase despite several folks weighing in with negative opinions. To me, it has a very sweet taste that some describe as âbubble gumâ flavored, but still peach-like. If you use it very sparingly, it does have a peach flavor, but not quite what I was hoping for. I ended up getting the other brand in the clear bottle from Amazon. Side-by-side tasting revealed the clear bottle brand to be a better peach flavor to my taste buds. I feel that for either of these types of flavor product there is a big difference in the true peach flavor depending on how much is used and personal taste. For me, the other brand is preferred, but itâs so strong I had to order an eye dropper to use it. 4-5 drops in my 32 oz smoothie is plenty.

The aroma is poorly similar to the peach. It is very strong. My cake tasted awful instead. It was inedible. I find it disappointing instead.

Takes a ridiculous amount to flavour a single glass of sofa. Weaker than juice. Poor labelling makes me wonder if vendor is selling diluted bulk product as the product is very inconsistent.
