Love Chat Masala spice but only available in tiny packages in usual stores where we live so this is a great alternative!

Lo recomiendo para aplicas sobre papas fritas, chicken fingers y cualquier cosa frita o ya sea al horno. I love it! I tried it at a restaurant in North Carolina, Asheville, on fried okra, and it tasted amazing. When I asked the cook, he said this is the product! I recommend it for French fries, chicken fingers, and anything fried or baked.

I love Raita dips and chutneys to go with Popadoms, Anglo-Indian style. Since moving to America I've found it almost impossible to get the Raita I'm used to. This mix is the closest I've come to it so far. I've made one mix so far and probably next time I will use a bit less than the instructions and I will have to buy a whisking machine / blender. For best effect. You have to whip the dry spices into the Yoghurt hard. Full cream plain yoghurt is my preference. I have not quite perfected using this Raita mix yet. But I may update this review once I have.
