I’ve been having trouble getting to sleep at night so decided to try these anti-blue blocking glasses. From the first night I wore them my sleep has improved. I put them on in the evening and wear them when I read my kindle in bed. I wear reading glasses but these glasses easily fit over the reading glasses without feeling uncomfortable.

I like everything about these glasses, I was looking for overpasses as I wear glasses all the time. They are very comfortable to wear, so much so, I usually forget I have them on. My husband and my brother also have a pair of these glasses and they rate them very highly, as I do as well..I was advised to wear anti-blue light glasses by optician, and I find my eyes are not so tired or sore. They're really good and, once you get used to the different colours you will see, they've helped massively with dry and irritable eyes. I have MG dysfunction and they've really made a difference. The only issue is they are really hard to keep clean and I don't know how long they will last.But they come with a years warranty and, for the price, I think they are more than worth it. I definitely recommend them.

I just got those Anti-Blue Blocking Computer Glasses and to my big surprise they don't stay put. My eye glasses just keep moving inside the item and even when I got it working , it's too far(between the original lenses et this item) to have a clear view of what I am reading. I have already purchased in the past clips and they are very close to my eye site(glasses) therefore I have a clear (vision) view of what I see and read on the PC. I guess this item might be a good choice depending of how big your original eyeglasses are etc.. .......

The over glasses fit well over my regular spectacles, are comfortable and of decent quality. A good example of this was when I had them on top of my head, forgot they were there, walked under a door (I'm 6'5") and the glasses took quite a hit, flew off my head and I thought had broken badly. It was just the arm that had come off (all in one piece) and I was able to clip back in easily. I'm no scientist, but screen glare is reduced when wearing the over-glasses and I have been sleeping better (although this also coincides with me joining a gym and exercising more frequently!). Overall very good value for money and would recommend.

They fit over my prescription glasses great, and successfully make everything look orange. They also come with a nice little cloth pouch.However, unfortunately, the part of the glasses that sits on my nose is far too narrow, resulting in the glasses sitting far too high on my face, which means a lot of light gets through from below the glasses. If I slide the glasses down my nose to try to compensate for this, this only results in light leaking in from both above AND below the glasses. Thus, unfortunately I will be returning them.

These are so much more comfortable than some much more expensive brands. I have eve used them occasionally as sunglasses, but their most important function is to wear them for two hours before bed to protect your eyes from the 'blue' light of screens, including TV screens. They definitely make a big difference to your quality of sleep, and ease at getting off to sleep.

Good blue light blocking (see pic) and the frame arms are clip in so don't break easily. I'd buy many more.
