This flour makes great pancakes. Quite delicious! Obviously very pricey but the texture and flavor is fantastic.

I've used a great many whole wheat flours in bread baking; this is by far the best I've run into. Excellent texture & taste in my standard whole wheat bread recipe.

I wasn’t sure what to expect with this grain. I made a loaf using GMS sprouted wheat at 75% and Kamut at 25%. The dough seemed heavy but raised very well and baked an Awesome loaf with Good density, great crumb and taste . I love this flour! 6 stars.

Makes the very best hoagie rolls! Worth the price!
