Can it be used with hangsun cn560 nebuliser?

There are other makes costing less than £10 for 20 vials. Why are these so much more expensive for only 5 more vials?

because it's 7% sodium chloride, other products are 0.9% mostly

Is the any better than the saline

I think it's extremely convenient and easy to use every time. You should know that this is a hypertonic saline solution and use different concentrations for different situations. And more importantly, have a good machine. I use hangsun cn750 mesh nebulizer, the stable and efficient work makes the solution be better utilized.
