Best $667 after tax I have ever spent. Safety pays for itself.
Well, I'll just give a summarized run down of everything regarding these gloves.I ordered these in red and the color is great and can't complain, my next pair will either be white but most likely black and with laces due to wanting and needing more wrist protection for MY kinds of training. They are smaller than 16oz Twins gloves meaning not as round and bulky. I have been using 10oz ringside gloves prior to using these so I cannot verify that these feel lighter than any other 16oz glove out there but I am sure that is the case since I have tried my friends twin gloves and they feel much heavier. The weight distribution on these are great, I do not feel like all the weight is shifted to one side, usually the knuckles like other brands.I use these gloves mainly on a 200lb Rival heavy bag and 250lb bag. Prior to using these gloves, my knuckles would constantly be sore/bruised from how hard I hook no matter what bag I used really. Twins 16oz left me a bit sore, ringside 10oz left me constantly in pain nearing the end of practice among other brands I have used. With these, I do feel some pain due to the fact my knuckles are NOW getting time to heal thanks to these gloves but the pain went from an 8/10 to a 2/10 and goes away as soon as I make some adjustments on my form. These don't have any holes/mesh like some gloves do to help your hands breathe but even when the glove is soaked inside from sweat, they don't around much. If you have big hands then you shouldn't feel any movement around, I have hands where all my gloves need to be Large to fit snug with wraps so if you need Large/XL's then you are fine with these or just use extra padding around the knuckle for a snugger fit.The quality is superb, I have used these gloves 2x so far so they aren't fully broken in yet. Once was during practice, and one was in a mini practice I had with some partners on our own time. The stitching looks extremely clean and you realize just how articulate the Japanese are in their products. As for Wrist protection, I believe the sparring Winning gloves with laces would be far greater than these, I did injure my jab hands wrist the night of getting these due to focusing more on my knuckles instead of my wrist so I recommend wrapping your wrist excessively with the velcro winning gloves. I have used these once with my wrist properly wrapped and tightened the velcro as best as I could and notice there is still some wiggle room in the wrist but you don't feel it when going 100% in your hits but be aware that these will not support your wrists as well as some other brands that are also velcro bound.Price if you are in Canada: Expect $667 Canadian total because you get hit with an import fee, Canada post had me pay upon picking up my item at their post office.if I had to rate these out of 5 I would choose 5 due to the fact I did not expect a velcro glove to give me great protection on my wrist and the protection it does offer for my wrists is still great if fastened properly along with your wrists being wrapped properly. The hits have a good pop to them and the sound they make when landing on a bag is very smooth and you feel safe on ever punch. I will come back and review these in a couple months time and update this.P.S these take longer to dry than my other gloves so I recommend you leaving these facing the wind with the hand entrance wide open.

Top of the line
These gloves are amazing. They feel like pillows. I’m able to hit my heavy bag with full force at times and I haven’t hurt my hand. You can really feel and hear the snap in my punch when I hit the heavy bag and the mitts. The quality is bar none!!

Must buy for heavy hitters
These are the best gloves you can buy other than grants. You must buy these if you are heavy handed it makes training way less painful. The bad reviews must be from the jelous competition. No one can compete with winning when it comes to performance and protection.

Great gloves
A had only 2 pairs of gloves before these, but these are totally different. Indeed like you are wearing pillows on your hand. The material seems so solid that I think they will last for at least 5 years... In one word, they are a special experience.

Initial impression is 5 star
Love the inner liner because it makes drying on the max xl a breeze and doesnt retain sweat like the hayabusa tokushu. The quality was expected but not overlooked and greatly appreciated. The fit and feel are perfect for both wrapped and unwrapped.

Hands down the best gloves for your hands and your sparring partner's face
Hands down the best gloves for your hands and your sparring partner's face. I wouldn't have believed it till I started using them - no more wrist pain and my hands feel great after training now.
