Worth the money.
I have ALS and was reccomend by someone on the ALS support group and patients Facebook page. I bought the whole Protocol from Simplesa. It really helps with the spasticity I sometimes get.And, gives me a little more energy. It is not a cure or even recognized as a treatment. Try for a month and see what you think.

Definite muscle growth, and added energy to workouts!
I take half a dose every other day before I workout. I add it to my smoothie, and I make a smoothie that is split up into 2 servings. I notice the difference from when a scoop of this is in the smoothie or not throughout my day for sure. I also notice on my off day when I don't take this as energy is lower. Just testing it out before I go all in. So far a strange thing I notice is my arm muscles by end of day fill in my skin more. Like my skin becomes tighter ha. Normally I don't get that from simple workouts. Others notice muscle definition before adding this to diet and after as well so it's not just me. Hope this helps!
