Engraving looked fantastic, better than i expected.

I am very happy with my purchase from this seller. I ordered six tumblers engraved for my office Christmas gifts. I was worried they wouldn’t come in time for our get together the following week, but they actually arrived a day earlier than expected and looked exactly as the template shown online. My gifts were a hit!

Great quality laser engraving! The cup is nice, and just what I was looking for as a personalized gift for a coworker. The shipping was fast. Better than what I had expected. Would definitely recommend.

We decided last minute to make cute cups for an anniversary trip. We went with these for 2 reasons, the shipping was guaranteed 2 day and I could upload my own file. While there are a lot of custom cups on amazon none gave me the control over the font and text that I wanted. I created a png file in photoshop. The cups came super fast and are good quality.I had to go with 4 stars for a few reasons. First the design screens are hard to use. The picture of the cup you are using says “your text here” and you type over it. It’s difficult to see how it your text will look when it’s on top of other text. Also, the printable area is too large to read edge to edge text in a cell phone picture. So if you want your cup to look cute on instagram do not use the whole printable area. The nicer photo where you can see both the 1 and y was taken with a 200mm professional lens.The biggest disappointment was that the lids don’t close. For a $30 cup I assumed the lid wouldn’t have a gaping hole you can’t close. The other custom cups show the lid (which all are closeable) but this cup did not show the lid.Also the product arrived dirty with dust from the engraving, fingerprints, and super sticky tape residue. We had to use goof-off to clean them up. They look awesome now but I would not order these as a present and ship directly to the recipient. Again, for $30 I expected the product to arrive clean.

This product is a great gift. I got it in black. It looks very nice with quality printing. My husband was pleased with how nice the logo came out/looked. Well insulated to keep your coffee or whatever hot drink you choose warm.

Came super fast and it looks amazing. It's just your normal coffee cup, nothing special there. But I love that I could upload my design for my dad and have the ability to only order one.

Do not buy this. Harper realty isn’t a template. It’s permanent. Straight garbage when a customized mug has Harper realty. Cup is poor quality too. No where does it state there will be stupid writing on it.
