HOT SHAPERS Hot Belt with Waist Trainer – Women Sweat Waist Trimmer & Shaper Corset

This is perfect for someone who's recently gained some lbs during quarantine and wants to get back into better shape than before. Although a little tight due to the circumstances, I ordered a small which fit my entire torso and love handles. The first day, I wore it for an hour just while on my laptop and I couldn't believe how sweaty I was after just sitting down and doing absolutely nothing. However, I did use it for cardio exercises later on the week and that's when I could really see the difference. I really recommend this for someone trying to burn as many calories as possible while following the recommendation of only using it for 2+ hours. The reason I gave it 4/5 stars is that I am short and wide so the corset feels a little bit too tall for my body being that I have a small torso. However, I just lower it so it's a little bit past my waist so I don't feel suffocated by it. Either way, this helps me target my love handles which need to be handled (pun intended).

First of all, I want to stress that this product actually works! You will sweat even if you aren't doing a rigorous workout. I wear my Hot Shaper nearly every day. I wear it at work, around the house, running errands...you name it. I wanted this product because I don't have much time to work out with my busy schedule so I wanted to have something that would help the process of slimming down my waist. I haven only been using it for a week, so I haven't seen results in my waistline, but I know for sure that it is working because I sweat A LOT when wearing it! I believe my abdomen ended up having a reaction due to the sweating because I ended up breaking out with a minor rash, but I simply stopped wearing it for a few days. Growing up, I always broke out with heat rashes during the summer, so I equate the rash to the fact that you are really sweating underneath the band. I can't wait to begin wearing it during my workouts.

I am really disappointed that this didn’t work for me. There was so much that I liked about it for it not to work out for me. I liked how comfortable it was, I liked, how snug it felt after securing the Velcro, I liked my instant hour glass shape and I like how I began to sweat just sitting there. I even like how the appearance under my clothes was minimal.....HOWEVER! It did not work for me bcuz the Velcro began to roll up causing it to become a lil painful and I noticed how I didn’t get the coverage that I was going for. I get more coverage on my upper torso and not so much my lower abdomen. I prefer full coverage on both areas. My lower abdomen doesn’t get fully covered the same as my upper does and I wasn’t ok with that. Oh and I guess i am not crazy about the fact that u would have to take it off and on over ur head each time u wear it. That would become a bit much, I hated to return it bcuz it could have been perfect but maybe I’ll revisit once I get a lil smaller.

So far so good! I have diastasi recti so I have to be careful what workouts I do. I’ve been riding on a stationary air bike and like wearing this during that. It helps suck me in enough that I remember to engage my core, but too much where I can’t fully breathe.I also like that I can just wear the sweat part without the trainer if I want to. The trainer part spreads out to adjust across your waist more which I love instead of just having one static band. I’m able to adjust it wider to get problem spots and so it doesn’t fold in or squeeze too tight in one spot.It definitely makes my stomach sweat more too.Liking it so far!I got a large since I’m 5 months postpartum. I’m 5’9”, 176 lbs, and I think about a size 10 currently but not sure. I measured at the outer limits of what the large covered inch wide but I’m trying to lose weight and it stretches just fine.

I got this instant trainer because I have a little bit of that love handle situation around my waistline. It looks terrible with low cut jeans because there's an instant muffin top. I heard that getting a waist trainer helps significantly with your posture and of course burning fat!! I picked this particular waist trainer because it has that neoprene fabric, which I can go workout and sweat in it AND still feel like air is going through and that it's not choking me badly while working out. I've tried others where either the fabric gave me marks or that I get rashes after. This trainer doesn't give me any of those, and I would totally recommend getting one! I have used this for 1 week so far, and I have lost 1/2 inch around my waist! Ohh I'm a tight size 25 jeans, and I can fit into them very comfortably. I also wear the waist trainer without the neoprene during the day when I'm working with my laptop.

The actual trimmer is not the correct material to make u sweat, so I wouldn’t recommend this product if your looking for a good sweat. On the other hand the belt is nice, I use the belt with other waist trimmers that I have because these together don’t workout. The belt bends and slides on this material. It’s not worth it for me because I’m only using the belt. I’ve had this product for a few weeks now to see if the belt actually helped shape my body and i haven’t seen much progress but we shall see. I purchased a large only because there’s no zip up on the trimmer and I have a bigger butt then waist so it didn’t fit my body all that well. I’m 175Lb & 5’7

This is my first time using a product like Hot Shapers. I'm glad I made sure of my measurements because the hot belt fit perfectly. I used it when working out and I definitely built up more of a sweat. The waist trainer stays in place very well and although it is a bit tight, I know that once I slim down a bit it will feel nicer. Overall I'm happy and impressed with the quality of the product material and I'm excited to see results!

It really made me sweat so much more during my usual workouts and it was surprisingly comfortable to wear. I like that it helps my posture during weight training as well. I would definitely recommend it for that extra toning benefit but in order for it to be effective, your workout needs to be sweaty to begin with. Low impact probably wouldn't work as well. Lastly, it is a little difficult to take off once you're super sweaty. That's a workout in itself! Overall, really great product.

I’ve used the equate trainer for few times and it stretched out and the form didn’t come back to the original size. This product is the worse. So!! disappointed

Si hace su función de crear calor y provocar sudor. Sin embargo, compre la talla chica y se me hizo un poco flojo.. aparte la cinturilla tienes que deslizar desde los pies hasta la cintura (en mi casa es mas sencillo, mi cuerpo es estilo triangulo).. lo cual con el tiene puede hacerse un poco mas grande. La utilice para correr y se me deslizo tantas veces que ya mejor ni me preocupes por subirlo nuevamente.

Son dos la primera no tiene cierre ni nada la segunda ajusta sobre la primera fácil de usar y poner para entrenar cómoda

Es espectacular la faja, justo para poder hacer ejercicio 100% recomendada
