Chala Carryall Zip Tote, Canvas Handbag, Top Zipper, Animal Prints

This is a very large bag. The "carryall" in the name is an apt description. It makes a great beach tote or overnight bag. If you are the type of person who needs to bring a lot with you everyday, it works really well. I have four young children, and I carry a ton with me everywhere we go, so it's kind of a purse/diaper bag for me. Wallet, phone, water bottle, diapers and wipes, snacks, extra clothes (occasionally), small first aid kit, read-aloud book, paper, crayons, it ALL fits. I admit carrying a "mom purse" is a little like driving a minivan, in that there's a bit of a stigma associated with it. It's not "cool" according to some people. However, I'd say this bag eliminates the uncool factor. It's just so cute!I did get an organizer for the inside, and that's a big help so everything doesn't end up in a pile in the bottom. If I'm on my own or on a date night with my husband, I prefer something smaller and lighter, but for everyday mom life, it works perfectly.

I was looking for a new Chala purse ( as I’ve had my current one for 8 years).I ordered this, and it is too big for a daily purse( it is a tote as it says).But I love it, so I’m keeping it.We are planning a 3 week road trip and this is going to be where I put the dog snacks and toys and leashes/harnesses for easy access.Once that trip is over, I’m going to put it to use as one of my shopping bags. We live in a state where you need to bring your own bags for groceries and general shopping. So it will get lots of use.It’s quite sturdy… and will hold a good amount of items.

Attention all pugaholics. This bag is fabulous. First of all, it is very well made, sturdy, and seems built for heavy use without much wear. The decorative pug pocket is functional and also seems built to last. Also, this canvas bag has a zipper to close the bag and several outside pockets to complement an extremely generous interior to the bag. See the image below with an actual life size pug to get a feel for how ginormous this bag is. The inner pocket is perefect to contain the chaos of all those pens and your cell phone and keep them from getting lost in the abyss of the large main compartment. I’ll be using the bag for dog trials and class, but you can easily use it as an actual very large purse. Thanks Chala for making quality, cute pug stuff chic.

This is my new favorite brand of handbags! I saw them in a boutique in a high-end hotel/spa and instantly fell in love. This style is one that they did not have at the boutique, but I love the stripes. The canvas fabric is heavy and feels good. I would love for it to be lined like some of their other styles and to have several more interior pockets, but even with that I would definitely buy it again. I’m already deciding on which Chala bag I’m going to order next. If you like large bags with a fun and quirky design, this bag is definitely for you. The alpaca is absolutely adorable. I think it needs a matching wallet.

This tote bag far exceeded my expectations. It carries everything including the kitchen sink, but is not heavy. The front pocket is larger than it seems and holds my phablet cell phone perfectly. The side pockets hold my huge Tervis water bottle. Inside is a medium sized pocket to throw keys so that you are not fishing around in the bottom for them. The back outside pocket is tablet size and fits snug to the bag. All of the pockets except the owl have Velcro closure. I love the construction of the top zipper closure which expands to cover overflowing items or tucks inside when packed more reasonably. The handles are wide and soft to the touch making them comfortable on the shoulder. I will definitely buy this product again. It's so fun to look at to boot!

This tote bag was a gift for a new teacher. She loved the tote and all the pockets for organizing her supplies. She said it was the perfect size and the quality was very nice.

I love it! I love all of the Chala bags! I used this one all summer, especially when I went on a whale watch. It has lots of space for everything, including side pockets for a water bottle. There's also a pocket in the back and the whale is also a pocket big enough for a phone. Everywhere I go, people compliment me on my tote bag.My friend uses hers as a gym bag, so multiple uses!

This is my first Chala bag. I love it! I bought it for an upcoming trip as I thought it would make a good carry on, big enough for all my stuff and it zips! I was so surprised when I got it I started carrying it as a purse too!! I love this bag! So roomy and super cute pattern!!
