a rubber piece from the lid was lost
great feel and ergonomics, kept coffee hot for hours till a rubber piece attached to its lid was lost and cup became near useless. Not sure how it fell or detached but very upsetting I hope the seller can reach to me for a replacement. Lost it 3month into ownership. Would have given it a 5 stars otherwise.
