All electrical devices including the motor and battery pack are water resistant meaning that you can ride the bike under the rain. However, please try to avoid riding the bike under extreme weather like a thunderstorm. Please also do not submerge the bike into the water as it will seriously damage the bike and the warranty will not cover this kind of water damage.

Can you overcharge the battery? Does it have an auto shutoff when finished charging?

The answer is no. you can not overcharge the battery with a BMS which prevents this. also the battery charger will stop charging when it detects that the battery is fully charged.
