What is the difference between each size? Is the Floor and Trans attachment meant to fit either a floor jack or a transmission jack?

Those are the "Base Plate" options, amazon only allows "size" to be shown. The Floor base plate is for floor jacks and the Transmission base plate is for transmission jacks, or you can get them both if you want to use this on multiple jacks. We also have more base plate options on our website.

It tips the scale right at 25 lbs. with either base plate.
