Item sturdy and work perfect for me

Bought this well-made, solid "drain cover" in the 6-inch diameter size for a large uncovered ground pipe opening on my condo building property -- my donation to the building without them knowing because the hole is a safety hazard to our dogs, children, adults, and small wild animals. (If I had asked the condo Board or building manager to do something about this immediate safety hazard, it would take 6 months to never to get done.) This drain cover fits well over the hole/pipe and is well-camouflaged by the black color...and plantings overgrowth around it. Feet, paws, and small animals are now safe from broken ankles or one-way trips down a very long tube. Did my good deed at the low, low price of only 4-plus dollars. Well worth it.

It’s a grate cover so not much to say about this one. Has been working as expected on my French drain project so far. The build on this is sturdy and hasn’t cracked while I’ve stepped on it. But it’s too pricey for what it is.

I used this at the pond end of my overflow tile, and it fits a 6" tile perfectly - snaps in place, but is also easily removed for cleaning.

I liked the sturdiness of the drain. We had to modify it though to prevent sticking up in our garage area. We used a hacksaw, but it did leave a small, reparable crack after cutting. Yes, it is thick and study and can last for a while in the outdoor elements. This is much better than cheap metal, which will bend under a person's weight.
