Bought as an addition to a health-orientated diet, it's a concentrated alternative to other beetroot products. Its powder form can be adapted to a variety of eating/drinking preferences and I find that a spoonful mixed with a chosen liquid works for me, although "smooth" is not a term I'd use for its granular content. The taste is certainly "earthy" and that seems no bad thing recalling its ground-based origins, presented in a container of a convenient easily stowable size. I quickly acquired the habit of a daily (afternoon) "input" and feel confident that its benefits will work in my favour. as a long-term dietary health choice.

This is one of the best supplements I have taken - I mixed it with an electrolyte powder and drink it during and after work outs. it creates significant vasodilation and I am getting much more oxygen into my blood stream, significantly increases my performance and get a huge pump in my muscles to improved blood flow. I cant believe more sports/gym users don't use this.....

This is a very coarse product, more like desiccated coconut or fine coffee grounds. It doesn't dissolve as such. Bought to make beetroot lattes and of course, I've ended up with vaguely pink milk and a mouthful of chewy, gritty bits. Not recommended. Might be better for cooking. I recommend Gourmet Spice Company Beetroot Powder instead. Fully regret buying this.

Ottimo integratore che non altera molto il sapore dei piatti in cui viene utilizzato. L'ho preso come integratore per il microcircolo.

j'utilise ce produit en substitution du jus de betteraves, l'utilisation est facile, il se dissout très bien en quelques minutes, le gout est agréable, les qualités seront visibles dans quelques temps vu que je l'utilise depuis peu et que le but est surtout de voir des résultats si possible sur l'hypertension.
