The media could not be loaded. **Update as of 2/2019: I still love this fountain. It has never leaked. I have done a thorough cleaning alongside changing the water here and there. Cleaning it well is a bit of a challenge due to the shape, but it is doable. I am still incredibly pleased with this product. It continues to look beautiful and every part remains fully functional, from the pump to the lights.I’ve been using this fountain for the past three days, and I am loving it. The sounds of water flowing are exactly what I was looking for, the style is perfect, and the splash is minimal to none (on the highest flow setting). Set up was simple, and the lights are beautiful at night as they cast shimmering and dancing water ripples across the wall and ceiling. I am extremely pleased with this item, and I put in hours of research, looking at over 30 fountains to decide between, and I am very happy I chose this one. I will update after a few months use (if I remember!).

Working for a month now, so far so good. It use some water, at least in Florida it used like a gallon in two weeks of using it around 14 hours daily.If you do live in a place with hard water (like well water in Florida) use distilled water from Walmart, this way it do not build calcium and magnesium residues in the pump from the hard water. Add also some drops of algaecide-clarifier once a week to prevent algae growth. It`s perfect for our home, nice lights and nice calming sound from the water. When the water it`s on the low level side, it begins to make a more louder waterfall sound, time to add more water. it`s a good gift for yourself or other person. It do not make the surrounds wet. We love it.

We love our fountain! We purchased it to replace our previous fountain and it was a fantastic upgrade! It’s beautiful, doesn’t leak or have overspray, and is so calming! I decorate ours seasonally/holidays for an added decorative touch. Through my fault entirely the ac adapter hit the hardwood and it cracked the casing. I contacted the company to replace the pump/adapter and they replaced it without hesitation as it was under warranty. The customer service team was super helpful and friendly. I have already recommended this model to family. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I bought this for my wife to place next to her Orchids, thinking it would add a little moisture to the ambient air around them. I was very impressed with the quality, and the easy setup. It is important to note that you need to make sure the pump is completely submerged. Anyway, the LED's are awesome but why not put one in every tier?? There are 4 tiers but only 3 LED's. It just looks like it is missing that forth tier and seems like it could have been such an easy thing to include. This is the reason for my 4 stars instead of 5.I will fix that 4th tier by adding an LED to that location. There are many aftermarket parts to make that happen. Other than that, it's a wonderful table top feature that works great with a surrounding of plants.ADDITIONALLY: I am normally not happy with about 25% of my Amazon shipping experiences, but this time, I have to say that I am completely happy! I did not think I would get this until at LEAST 5 days later, yet it got to me in two days. THANK YOU! Expected Feb 17th, got Feb 12th!EDIT: I changed my review to 2 stars out of 5. Why? The pump croaked after less than 5 months of use. I figured it would die with continuous use in a year or two, but not after less than 5 months. We only used distilled water, used the water anti-algae drops weekly as-per instructions, and NEVER let it go dry. As a matter of fact, because of evaporation, I checked it every day to make sure it was full. So since it croaked, I decided to do to it what I wanted to anyway. Put an after-market pump in it, and redo the LED feature. After all, I was always irritated that not all the tiers were lit.EDIT 2ND: The customer service is very good. I had a response to my complaint email within one business day, and had a pump shipped and received within 4 business days free because of the warranty. Our feature is working great again, which is why I bumped the rating back to 4 stars.

Beautiful sound like water over rocks in a stream to me. Is well made. Lights are not so bright you can't run it and go to sleep by it. You can also buy a few glass rocks to put over them to dim them if needed. Easy to set up. My concern was if I could ever easily replace the water pump if it went out and from what I can tell in the inside of the fountain you can. Just get a new one likely online or from the advice of their customer service people. The user Manuel it came with didn't match the fountain style but the set up is pretty easy. You just plug in the power cord silver attachment to the cord end match inside the back of the fountain. But not yet to an outlet. Then add water so the pump is covered completely over the top of it with water and there is enough for the fountain in general. I put my fountain in a deep tray first so if I blew it in water amount it would catch it. Then PLUG in the fountain for it to come on. Water flow speed is on the side of the small water pump inside the back of the fountain. Then once I was set, I drained the extra water off of the tray I had to keep the fountain dry on the bottom. The only bad thing on this fountain is it doesn't have an on or off switch for it only the plug. So I like to use what I call a tack strip or a multi outlet strip and surge protector with an on or off switch on it. It works fine so far long as that is all I keep on that strip plugged in.

I would recommend 👌 I got for my son who has ringing in ears. Sounds great and looks even better in person. Have had it for years now. He needs to refill quite often it evaporates. It has alot of build up since we've had it for years. The white build up is normal and I'm told I will be ordering some type of de scaling product so the build up doesn't happen as much.
