Different than what I had expected, but I like it.

Visually, this is a nice-looking pendant from the front. Unfortunately, I returned this for a few reasons:- The stone is chipped very slightly around the hole in which the string passes through (on both sides, not just one). This alone made me instantly want to return it, but even if that weren't a dealbreaker, I can't wear it because of the following:- It's delicate and poorly made... the strings are a bit frayed in some spots (and VERY thin), there are multiple strings, and they are tied very loosely in some spots. There's no way this would last very long without having to just re-do the entire thing with different string.- It doesn't stay put once I adjust the length -- I have to wear this on its shortest length, but the strings are not tied tight enough, and so the necklace gradually gets longer while I'm wearing it. Also, there are really long strings that just dangle down the back of your neck if you use this on its tightest length, which is awkward. They are not incorporated with the rest of the necklace, which is the usual way of making these types of necklaces.
