Different Packaging, same great product.
The packaging for this has changed and I wish that had been noted on the order. The new packaging does say add buttermilk though. Same great taste. This is the only kind I use for a certain pasta dish I make. Nothing else seems to come close to the excellent taste!

Can’t find the original buttermilk recipe mixes in the stores. I love this stuff. Kind of pricey but it delivers prime so I’m not going to lose sleep

This product makes THE best ranch dressing.
This is by far my favorite product to make delicious ranch dressing that tastes just as good as the best homemade restaurant ranch dressing. The recipe is perfect, and the buttermilk makes such a difference.

Disappointed
The picture is misleading. I though it was the Original; just needing milk and mayo. Turns out there is no buttermilk in the package, You must add it. I'll never understand why Hidden Valley felt the need to tweak a once perfect product. Delivery was also an issue. My husband found a soaking wet package atop our garbage can, located in the driveway this morning. Our door and stoop are only a few yards, and four steps away. WTH?

This is the good one! The reason I became a fan of ranch dressing. Stay away from the dip mix.
This is the original that most of us remember, and it's nice and rich and creamy...Not tangy! The bottled stuff never tasted as good as this style of fresh made ranch. It was always tainted with a tangy taste, which is the opposite of what I'm expecting when I want ranch.
