🚀 Upgrade Your 3D Printing Game!
This upgraded borosilicate glass bed is designed for optimal performance with 3D printers like the Monoprice Maker Select V2 and Anet A8. Measuring 220x220x3mm, it offers high binding power when heated, easy part separation upon cooling, and enhanced safety with flat polished edges. Its thermal shock resistance and warping reduction make it a must-have upgrade for serious 3D printing enthusiasts.

Amazing results. This is a must have upgrade
Ordered this glass bed for my monoprice maker select V2. Perfect fit. The binder clips, albeit kinda crude, work fine for holding down the glass. Make sure you keep them out of the way of the frame and the extruder when in operation.I read other comments where users were applying glue stick or hairspray to keep parts sticking to the bed during the print. I did not have this problem. They probably don’t have the bed height set just right. I found the sweet spot. Parts always stick well enough to hold during printing, and they “snap” right off the glass when done with very little effort. I only had one part that was very small come off during the print. Adding raft around the part fixed that problem. I do always wipe the glass down with some rubbing alcohol before every print. The parts come off with a shiny, smooth finish now. I was using masking tape and the surface finish of the part that contacted the tape looked terrible, and the tape was a pain to get off sometimes. Larger parts really had to be muscled off. Was afraid I was going to damage the printer rails. No more problems now. I don’t even have to remove the glass to dislodge my finished parts. I didn’t even bother changing the printer bed temp. Stuck with the default 60 degrees. I use only PLA. No comment for other filament types.

Fits BIBO2
Ordered this as a replacement for the Bibo2 3D printer. Sizing is just right, it clips on easily enough, works with the level and heater.

Buy Hairspray
After cutting my hand trying to pry off my latest 3d print from my monoprice select V2, I decided to research removable print beds. I purchased this one and have used it for a few prints. It's great but there's a few drawbacks I should mention. It fits the monoprice select v2 just fine but the binder clips can bump the forward facing fan if you're not careful. I've elected to put both sets of binder clips on the sides and that seems to do the trick. Also during my first few test runs, the PLA would not stick to the glass. I researched and saw people recommended buying cheap hairspray. So far that seems to have fixed the issue. Removing prints is a lot easier now and a lot less dangerous.

Great upgrade to my JGAurora A3 (i3 clone)
Fit the 200mm bed with just a little overlap. The mitered corners clear the bed screws with plenty of margin. I sanded my scratched aluminum bed (previously just covered with blue tape) with very fine grit sandpaper to get a smooth surface. Laid the glass down and fixed it to the bed with blue tape around the edges. Much better than the oversized clips that come with the glass. The surface now is perfectly smooth, level, and uniform. I've printed five large prints with it and every one stuck perfectly to the bed. I used very little Aquanet to make sure it stuck. Parts stick incredibly tight, I tried to move the parts while printing but couldn't budge. After the bed cools down below 30C, the part just falls off with no effort. For the last part I made, I cleaned it with mix of water and alcohol and removed the hairspray residue. The print still stuck and stayed while the bed was hot (I tried 80 to begin with, but the last few prints were only 60).I bought a PEI surface to go with this, but haven't used it yet because parts stick so well with the PLA I'm using (NovaMaker). They come off so smooth and beautiful. Getting a first layer right with this glass is effortless now. It's right every time. It's really incredible the upgrade this is to my printer. If I'd known how well this works I'd have done it years ago. I'll never go back to blue tape. I have another printer with black-diamond glass, which works well, but not this well.

Spend the time to dial It all back in
Ive had to redo several projects due to them not sticking to plate. You have to crank up builplate heat for it to stick, but theres no guarantee it will last through the whole process. Its also kind of a pain to dial tje extruder in after you add the glass. It does make it easy to remove the project when it does stick.

Fix for a slightly bowed build plate
The build plate on my Monoprice Maker Select V2 had a bow in the middle. It made adhesion of the first layer difficult in the corners and the build plate was a little too far away to "squish" the filament down. This glass plate fixed the issue. It is much easier to get the bed really level. The clips are a common, but not really great way to hold it down. My DIICooler hits the clips when i print near the edges. It can be managed by changing the placement, but not ideal. I would print some smaller clips or look into some thermo tape. Also buy some cheap aquanet to spray on the glass before you print. It really helps with adhesion.
