Nice Addition to the Garden
The item itself once put together is a good size and look good, however putting it together was tricky! Severe lack of drill holes which made putting it together and aligned awkward. Screws supplied are very small, so not entirely sure how well it will stay together once used and outdoors. I would also recommend putting a protective coat of varnish or wood paint on it as the wood itself is pretty cheap.

Great addition to my garden
I have wanted a wishing well for the garden for a long time - very pleased with what I got. This is very reasonably priced, and is neither too small, nor too large - quite the right size for a small/medium sized garden. The wood is not very strong, but the finished product is sturdy enough. The instructions could be slightly better, but with a little patience it was not difficult - took me about 30-40 minutes.I am no expert, but would suggest using some sort of coating to protect the wood. I used two layers of a lacquer spray - hope that will do the job.Overall, very pleased with my wishing well - now gotta wish for those lottery numbers!!

A nightmare to put together
Looks good when assembled but with instructions very faint not easily explained was a nightmare to put together. For the cost I believe the manufacturer should give better instructions as not all the holes are predrilled. If I had known it would be so difficult I probably would have bought from another supplier.

Not fit for purpose
Put it straight in the bin , avoid disappointment and frustration. The parcel was left out in the rain for a day soaking the wood inside . I dried it out then tried to assemble it - nightmare . Shoddy , cheap material , not fit for purpose . Tiny screws popping out all over it , the roof panels fell apart at first touch . Wood on roof did not patch , metal bent .Criminal .

Difficult to assemble but worth the effort
This was hard to put together as had to do it on my own. Got it done in the end and stained it a darker wood colour. I turned the large bottom barrel into a little pond, which looks lovely. The chain to hold the smaller barrel which I planted with flowers, was not strong enough to hold it, and broke, so had to get a stronger chain.
