Senna 20 Tea Bags, Caffeine Free with Natural Ingredients

How to put this politely: if I get stressed, I'm blocked, on a monthly cycle, or any other time for no good reason. Yes, you've guessed it: blocked. I've tried probiotics, psyllium husk, and other weird and wonderful products with no consistent positive effect. The Amazon algo rhythm must have seen my woes and showed me these babies, and for £2, I figured I'd give them a shot. They have a strange taste. I add a bit of honey, and it tastes pretty nice. I've been using them for five days over the Christmas period, which is a guaranteed gut-wrenching time of year. Instead, due to drinking tea every night, I am sorted and no longer blocked. I recommend trying them.

I buy this regular as I suffer with constipation. With tablets, I get the cramping and sudden urge to go. With these tea bags, it’s a very gentle experience and has massively helped me over the last several months. More or less bang on 8 hours after sipping. I don’t feel bloated or hunger up and will continue to buy them going forward.

Only writing a review as mine seems different to everyone else’s. Most reviews I read said it was a slow burner and does not cause discomfort, but for me it took about 2 hours to kick in and I actually projectile vomitted whilst on the toilet being cleared out the other end also. There was stomach pain, I was sweating profusely it was wild. However got the results I wanted and will be drinking again lol

Excellent, I’ve found these tea bags do exactly as needed, when it is needed, if you catch my drift. They are gentle, yet trust me when I say they’re very effective (for me, at least). Edit: I’m aware some people have not found this tea to be effective at all — but I think I’ve cracked why. I let this brew for a good half hour before drinking, re-heat when it’s cooled down and then take on an empty stomach at least 20 minutes before a meal. I have to say though, it’s less effective when taken after food or too closely to eating. But! Trust me.. Give it time to kick in and it’s genuinely excellent.

Make you poo regularly

Having tried other brands of senna and these sorts of tea I can highly recommend these. They are gentle, which is why they are the best. I don’t get painful cramps and just one tea bag gives me relief but not in a violent way that some of them do. This is my go to now, the others just aren’t worth the pain and the urgency they cause. They taste good too, just like a normal green tea which I enjoy.

Like another reviewer, I was sceptical about the efficiency of this tea. This is how I use senna tea: Boil kettle, let it cool down for about for 30min. Half fill average mug, Place the senna tea bag into mug, Swirl it around and help it release air without popping the bag. Let the senna tea steep until it's almost lukewarm or about 15min. The bag is little fragile, so can tear when you squeeze the water out. Remove the bag. Drink the senna tea in one go, approx. an hour or so before my dinner at night. The taste isn't unpleasant or bitter and I found I don't need to use sweetener. Absolutely zero cramps or flatulence and Best of all I haven't experienced the squirts. Seriously, the most gentle and natural experience. Fantastic product, highly recommend.
