Worked perfectly. Had no issues since I can read instructions 👍

The recommended time is not accurate and when you microwave it it kind of smells weird and unpleasant. They don’t hold heat that long either.

Brought these for cold days in my pocket so double whammy! They keep my body warmer and great for when I put my hands in my pocket

Disappointing , but that is probably because I wanted to use them to put on my arthritic joints. They were a bit too thick and bulky to put inside my fingerless gloves to enable me to use my hands to write/housework etc. I use a wheat bag on the arthritis in my neck, and it eases it, so I thought it would work the same way with my thumbs, thumb joints, and around that area. But they weren't warm enough, and far too bulky to be practical inside the gloves.

Please, please please do not waste your money on these. I read the "reviews" and trust me a lot are dodgy. If you want a true review read on. These things are RUBBISH. Followed the " instuction" how to heat. Did NOT stay hot for anymore than 20 MINUTESThis product is just a piece of cloth with some barley/ wheat inside. You could make them for no more than £1.

I love these. Nice size. Soft fabric. I Use them when I am out walking when it's very cold.. or just when my hands are cold. They only take a min in the microwave. Don't put them on high you could easily burn them. I have found them very useful
