Really good phone but so many issues.. Once I've finally sorted the issues the phone is okay.Issue 1 - first time using it, transfered all of my old phones data over got all the apps in the correct positions, signed in to everything and boom. The recent apps button on the navigation key at the bottom stops working (the one that brings up all your apps in a deck of cards display) instead it was just acting as a second home button. I looked up on some forums and they said factory reset. Did that but within a day it was back, factory reset again and it did the same thing... 3 times in a row.. Emailed/called/facebooked Blackview and I got absolutely nothing from them. Had to download and install NOVA Launcher to get this working again.Issue 2 - once I had everything installed and working properly I thought great what else could go wrong? Phone sat for 2 days and I had no emails, texts, WhatsApps.. Zero notifications again I looked this up and apparently with all these Chinese phones they wipe their ROMs when you close the apps down which means the app is dead and doesn't even receive notifications unless it's opened up again... What kind of f**King smart phone is this?? To get round this you have to remove your battery optimisation settings and manually give all apps that you use, permissions to be able to receive data/notifications. Doing this removes the long life of the battery they boast about. Pretty much a glitchy, bog standard dumb phone after that.Issue 3 - Boasting about being able to use the phone underwater with underwater settings activated - a complete lie took my phone to a spa resort 2 days after I bought it, went to the pool and the thing just glitches out when you try and touch the screen. Useless.Issue 4 - Camera is rubbish.. It's got 2 cameras which is double rubbish. nothing much else to say about thatAll I can say is if you're not tech savvy do not buy this Chinese rip off. Can't even buy a case for it, it's that unpopular.I'll keep updating this with any other issues I encounter but to save you some money don't but this.
