The best value on a high quality vitamin out there. It does have a strong smell and they're rather large but if you can get past that these are excellent vitamins. They have high strength percentages

No idea if these are extending my life or not, but they seem to be a good quality vitamin supplement. I’m taking just one a day and my urine is still bright yellow late into the day, so I’m sure that’s more than enough 😂. With that in mind, you can effectively double the amount of time this bottle will last you vs what the label says.

Very effective supplement.

I liked the price on these and the ingredient list (especially since the vitamins used like for vitamins D and B12 are more bioavailable forms as well as bonus ingredients like ALA and apigenin), but the smell and taste is absolutely rancid and strong. I have to choke these down, and they make me nauseated for a good half hour. Splitting up the two pills across breakfast and lunch helps, as does quickly swallowing with water.

I like it a lot, using them for the last 2 days!

We have been taking these vitamins for over a year now, I like that they are easy to swallow and no aftertaste or burping. They seem to be affective in keeping us healthy as well.

For all the amazing quality vitamins and minerals for this supplement and the price really are great however I'm only giving it 3 stars because the taste and smell ARE THAT BAD. I wish it came in a capsule and I try to hold my breath and throw the vitamin to the back of my throat with out choking because I don't want it touching my tongue. They're lucky they included the B vitamins in this supplement recipe or else I would switch back to my Lively Co Multivitamin
