Yunko Single Flower Silicone Fondant Cake Decorating Tool Chocolate Candy Sugar Mold Mould

I bought this to make a chocolate toppers for cupcakes. This was the first time I ever used a mold to make chocolate, and was surprised how easy was. This mold takes 3 Wilton candy melts, though 3.5 would be best. I painted the inside first using a brush, then I dropped it on the counter, then added more chocolate. I put it in the front of my freezer for 10 minutes and it was hard and frosted in that amount of time. To pop out pull back and it comes out really pretty as you can see. I will be buying more since it does take a while to cure for the amount I need. Make sure to dry it really well after washing, water likes to pool in this mold.

These flowers look so delicate and beautiful. They are fairly small, but it depends on what you'll use them for. I used them as a topper for chocolate covered Oreos and they looked gorgeous.

Smaller than expected but still found use for it.

I've used other silicone molds for melted candy and had no problems. But this one is difficult at best. Not once has the horses legs come out of the mold, the heel of the shoe always breaks off, and one sleeve of the dress constantly cracks. The castle comes out, but almost always it's missing some roofs. I've tried corn starch, greasing, powdered sugar, putting it in the freezer/refrigerator, not in freezer/refrigerator I just can't get good results. Maybe I got a dud, but it is just not working for me.

This is a very small mold, but it worked great for what I needed. I used it for chocolate candy details on a cake. It was a little difficult getting the chocolate out of the bat mold without breaking, but after a few attempts I was able to get it to work. I only needed it for the bat, baseballs & glove, so I haven't used the others yet. The baseballs and glove were simple to use with chocolate and came out perfect every time I used it.

Don’t buy it is the size of a quarter . Price went up to 8 dollars after I paid with card, started at a dollar

Works good with chocolate, pretty good size for Oreos or pretzels! Haven’t tried with fondant yet.

Wanted a cheap fondant mold to make poppies for a Wizard of Oz cake. This shape worked reasonably well event though it is not really a poppy flower. Fondant flowers pop out easily with no refrigeration or curing time. I'd buy from this company again.
